I purchased one of these spatulas for use on my griddle, and then I purchased one more since I was very happy with the first one. I also purchased the matching dough cutter/scraper. The spatulas are very well made and don’t bend, even while lifting a 14 pound turkey, which I do often with this spatula when I smoke a turkey on my cooker. The edges are just sharp enough to chop items as needed. The only downside is that the polished finish does mar a bit with use, but that’s easy enough to buff out if needed. I’d definitely purchase these again, but they’ll probably last for years to come.

A serious kitchen utensil. It is far above my skill set. That said, S8699 turner is very well built. Zero flimsiness and handle is extremely comfortable. Makes building an omelet a breeze.

Full tang and 3 rivets connecting the wood handle. Restaurant style turner. Goof for omelettes, hamburger patties, steaks, and more. I use it in my 14 inch cast iron skillet and it works well.. Stainless steel blade, nicely finished handle, makes this a substantial implement.
